Job Description

Cytogenetics Technologist 3 The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University seeks a Cytogenetic Technologist to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The work schedule is 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. A Tuesday through Saturday schedule could also be accommodated for those desiring such a schedule. The selected individual will perform microscopy, cell and tissue culture, chromosome analysis, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), and microarray analysis testing in a high volume academic clinical Cytogenetics laboratory.
