Job Description

Join Our Team at TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital! We're seeking a Cytotechnologist (ASCP-CT) to perform diagnostic evaluations of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens, including fine needle aspirations. This full-time, day-shift position (8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday) offers a stable schedule with no weekend or holiday commitments . ✨ $10,000 Sign‑on bonus available for external qualified candidates ✨

Good Samaritan Hospital at 375 Dixmyth Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45220
Schedule:
80 hours bi-weekly | Day Shift | No weekends or holidays
Minimum Job Requirements:
Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification CT or equivalent certification; If registry eligible, certification must be obtained within one year of hire Non-gyn and FNA experience and knowledge 1-2 years of experience in a related field

Job Overview:
Perform cytological evaluation of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens, including fine needle aspiration, to assist in diagnosing benign, malignant, microbiologic, viral, and other pathological conditions. This position does not require direct supervision for specimen processing, testing, or reporting results.
