Regional One Health - Memphis Opus Pathology Opus Pathology is seeking an experienced Cytotechnologist (CT/ASCP) for a full-time day shift position supporting cytology services at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is focused on Rapid On-Site Evaluation (ROSE) procedures and digital pathology workflows in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Day Shift Responsibilities Perform Rapid On-Site Evaluation (ROSE) for cytology procedures Prepare, assess, and triage cytology specimens during procedures Digitize cytology slides for pathologist confirmation and interpretation Collaborate closely with pathologists, pulmonologists, radiologists, and procedural teams Maintain specimen integrity and accurate documentation Ensure compliance with laboratory quality and regulatory standards Qualifications CT (ASCP) certification required Strong experience evaluating non-gynecologic cytology specimens Demonstrated experience with: EBUS specimens Lung cytology Thyroid FNAs Experience performing ROSE independently preferred Familiarity with digital pathology imaging/scanning systems preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Previous hospital-based cytology experience Comfortable working directly in procedural settings Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams Benefits Competitive compensation Full-time benefits package Monday-Friday daytime schedule Opportunity to work with advanced digital pathology workflows
