- Enthusiastic about patient care — from building rapport to patient education.
- Strong administrative skills with a commitment to conservative, patient-centered care.
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- A positive, collaborative team player who loves building lasting patient relationships.
- Coronal polishing preferred (but not required). Your Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients while performing check-in processes.
- Verify and document insurance eligibility and frequencies.
- Schedule patients accurately while honoring a block schedule.
- Perform various administrative/reception tasks such as answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Recare coordinator and new patient concierge.
- A positive, collaborative team player who loves building lasting patient relationships.
- Strong administrative skills with a commitment to conservative, patient-centered care.
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and time management skills.
