Dental Assistant

We are a busy emergency dental clinic in the Anchorage area seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. Our clinic is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM , providing urgent dental care to patients with same-day needs.

What You'll Do:

Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental treatments for patients with urgent and emergent dental issues Take high-quality dental x-rays Perform sterilization and infection control procedures Support all aspects of chairside assisting in a fast-paced environment Help manage a high volume of same-day emergency patients

Requirements:

Experience as a dental assistant with strong knowledge of taking dental x-rays and sterilization protocols Ability to assist with all types of dental treatments Preferably familiar with Dentrix Ascend software Self-starter with excellent people skills and a positive attitude Strong punctuality and reliability Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, emergent dental environment Comfortable working with same-day and emergency patients

Schedule:

Full-time position with shifts available across our 7-day schedule (9 AM
