Our office is built on trust, respect, teamwork, and a shared commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a positive and supportive environment. We value individuals who take pride in their work, contribute to a collaborative team culture, and help create an excellent experience for our patients. While prior dental assisting experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Compensation for this full-time position is $21-$32 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient appointments Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories in accordance with office protocols and safety standards Take dental radiographs as permitted Accurately chart treatment and maintain up-to-date patient records Support patients by helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Assist with scheduling, stocking supplies, and other day-to-day office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow in the role Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Experience with dental software is a plus Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Dental benefits 401(k) Bonus opportunities Uniform allowance If you are interested in joining a practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality patient care, we would love to hear from you.
