What You'll Do:
Perform all aspects of orthodontic assisting to support our doctors and deliver an amazing patient experience Take full orthodontic records, including digital scans, photographs, and X-rays Assist in the placement and removal of braces Deliver Invisalign and provide patient education for proper wear and care Assist with bonding procedures, bracket placement, and adhesive removal Perform wire changes, archwire adjustments, and elastic tie changes Place and remove orthodontic auxiliaries (power chains, separators, coils, hooks, etc.) Manage sterilization of instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant infection control Prepare and set up operatories for each patient to keep the day running smoothly Chart treatment information accurately and efficiently in the patient management system Communicate clearly with patients and parents about treatment steps and expectations Support before-and-after photo documentation—we love celebrating transformations! Jump in wherever needed to keep the office upbeat, organized, and patient-focused
Experience Required:
6+ months of orthodontic experience required Experience with digital scanners (iTero or similar) preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be reliable, organized, and eager to provide top-notch patient care
