Dental Assistant Jolly Family Dental - Benton, AR Jolly Family Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! We are seeking someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is eager to support both patients and providers in delivering an exceptional dental experience. Position Details Full-Time Monday through Thursday schedule In-person interviews available during lunch hours or after 5 PM, with possible Friday availability Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Take dental impressions Fabricate temporary crowns Set up and break down operatories Take digital x-rays Assist with lab work Seat and release patients Order dental supplies and materials Maintain accurate clinical notes and records Qualifications RDA Certification required X-Ray Certification required Nitrous Oxide Administration certification preferred/required based on state guidelines Strong communication and organizational skills Outgoing personality with a positive attitude Team player with a patient-centered mindset What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and motivated to provide outstanding support to both patients and the clinical team.
