Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant will support the clinical team in delivering efficient, high-quality dental care. This role requires strong chairside assisting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process dental radiographs (if certified) Maintain accurate clinical documentation as needed Assist with patient flow and ensure efficient operatory turnover Follow all infection control and OSHA safety protocols Support patient comfort and clear communication during treatment Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure smooth clinical operations

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Current CPR/BLS certification required Prior dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proactive and dependable dental assistant who works well in a team setting, maintains a calm and professional chairside presence, and is committed to supporting excellent patient care and clinical efficiency.
