Pay:
$17.00 - $27.00 per hour, with an additional increase for promotion to
Lead Assistant Job Type:
Part-time (28-32 hours/week)
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:
9am - 6pm
Friday:

Responsibilities:
Prepare dental chairs and clinical areas for patient appointments Work chairside assisting with wire placement, bonding/debonding, and placing and removing orthodontic appliances Take X-rays (panoramic, cephalometric, CBCT), high-quality facial and intraoral photos, and intraoral scans Educate patients on oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatment Maintain accurate patient charts and document discussions Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness Operate 3D printers and fabricate aligners & retainers Order and manage lab appliances Keep patient chairs stocked and organized Track inventory Assist with opening/closing the office as needed Support marketing events as needed Assist with scheduling as needed
Requirements:
Dental Assisting certification is a plus, but not required Customer service experience is a plus, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, text, email, in person) Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Receptive to coaching and feedback Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
