What You'll Do:

Assist orthodontists with procedures such as X-rays, impressions, and placing braces Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms Provide chairside support—especially for children and patients who need a little extra comfort Educate patients on oral hygiene and how to care for their orthodontic appliances Document treatment plans and patient progress Support the orthodontist's schedule and help manage supplies

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in orthodontics is required Dental assisting certification (COA, RDA, CDA) is a plus Completion of a dental assisting program is preferred, but not required A friendly, compassionate approach with patients of all ages Dependable, flexible, and eager to be part of a positive team environment
