We are a modern general dentistry practice providing high-quality, patient-centered care using the latest technology. Procedures performed include crowns, fillings, bridges, and restorative care—along with some speciality procedures (endo, implants, wisdom tooth extractions, etc.) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being engaged, trusted, and involved in the day-to-day flow of the practice. We're building something thoughtful, efficient, and patient-centered, and we want an assistant who takes pride in their work and enjoys being a key part of a small but strong team. About the Role Join a close-kit clinical team where every team member plays an important role in patient care and office success. You will work closely with the doctor in a supportive environment with systems already in place - not being thrown into chaos. This position is a great fit for someone who: Is confident working independently Enjoys a mix of general dentistry and specialty procedures is comfortable with digital workflows - scanning (required but willing to train) CAD/CAM design, mill, fire (preferred/trainable) ( Dentsply Sirona ) Likes being relied on and trusted Wants long-term stability and growth in a private practice Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, bridges, and restorative treatment Assisting with surgical and implant procedures as needed (willing to train the right person) Independently capturing CBCT and panoramic images (required) Taking intraoral scans and managing digital impressions (required) Assisting with digital and guided implant workflows (experience preferred but willingness to learn goes a long way) Setting up and breaking down operatories efficiently (required) Maintaining sterilization, OSHA, and infection control standards (required) Stocking/organizing clinical supplies Providing excellent patient communication and post-op instructions Requirements Arizona X-ray Certification positive attitude and willing to learn Ability to independently capture CBCT and pano images (preferred, but willing to train the right person) Experience with intraoral scanners and digital dentistry Comfortable serving as primary chairside assistant in a small, focused practice Organized, proactive, and dependable Strong patient care and communication skills Experience with Curve Hero dental software is helpful (but training is available) Compensation & Details $21-24.50 per hour, depending on experience and digital proficiency 1099 (with W-2 potential + raise after 90 days re-evaluation)
Schedule:
Part-Time to start, potential to move full time Work days: Wednesday/Thursday weekly, plus alternating
Mondays and Fridays Hours:
