Pediatric Dental Assistant

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Chart prep for assigned patients.
• Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
• Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures.
• Responsible for Patient Management, providing patients with proper pre and post-treatment instructions, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Greet patients in the waiting area and escort them to the operatory.
• Prepare patients for dental treatment by comforting them and getting them seated.
• Assist the Dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side.
• Take x-rays and impressions.
• Review health history, make chart entries, make clinical notes, review ledger for accuracy, etc.
• North Phoenix, 56th Street and 101 location.
• Salary DOE.
