This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while managing essential administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate smooth clinic operations, assist with dental procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for from their first contact through their treatment journey. Responsibilities are as follows (not limited to): Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and schedule appointments efficiently . Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments, taking x-rays, and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment follow outstanding infection control protocols Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette At least 2 years of dental office experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with dental terminology and office workflows.
