Experienced Orthodontic Assistant (3+ Years Exp / X-Ray Certified)

Full-Time or Part-Time (We are open to both options for the right candidate)
Compensation:

We are expanding our clinical team and looking for an exceptional, patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant who shares our passion for excellence, artistry, and exceptional patient care. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a polished, high-energy clinician who can provide outstanding chairside support while building authentic connections with our patients. To join our team, you must have:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of direct orthodontic chairside assisting experience.
Credentials:
Active Arizona X-ray certification is required.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatment phases clearly and warmly to both children and adults.
Clinical Skillset:
Proficient in wire changes, bracket bonding prep, taking digital intraoral scans (iTero/clear aligner workflows), and general tracking.

Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier chairside assistance during bonding, adjustment, and debonding appointments. Capture high-quality digital X-rays, clinical photos, and intraoral scans. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and clear aligner compliance. Prepare, sterilize, and set up clinical instruments and modern treatment bays. Maintain highly accurate, detailed patient charts and digital records. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay tailored to your years of expertise.
