  • Full Time North Oral Surgery, Scottsdale We are a patient-focused oral surgery practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented surgical assistant to join our close-knit team.
Our office combines professionalism with a supportive, welcoming environment, and we are proud to provide excellent care without upselling or high-pressure tactics.
This role involves:
  • assisting with a variety of surgical procedures such as extractions, implants, bone grafts, biopsies, PRF membranes, and sedation cases.
  • prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments
  • monitor patients during surgery, and provide post-operative care and instructions.
Accuracy in charting (DSN), health histories, and surgical notes is critical for patient safety.
The schedule is:
  • Tuesday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with an occasional Monday as needed.
Some days may run longer if emergencies arise.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current BLS certification and Arizona X-ray certification. Prior dental or oral surgery experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail, a caring demeanor, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range is $21-27 per hour depending on experience, with higher rates considered for candidates with strong OMFS experience. Benefits include a 401(k), holiday/sick pay, and medical insurance.
