What You'll Do As a Hygiene Assistant, you will: Create positive, memorable patient experiences Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Assist hygienists and dentists during patient care Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and organized Support patient communication and engagement Help gather patient testimonials and feedback What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Patient-focused and compassionate Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator and team player Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn and grow professionally Flexible and willing to travel between locations as needed Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of dental office or hygiene assisting experience X-Ray Certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Position Details Full-time In-person position in Sun City, AZ Monday-Friday 8-hour day shifts
