N/A Job Summary:

The Dental Assistant provides chairside assistance to dentists, prepares treatment areas, and ensures proper sterilization and handling of instruments. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Record patient medical and dental histories accurately Take and process dental X-rays as required Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain patient records and ensure documentation compliance Follow infection control protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Dental Assistant Certification (as required by state) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and sterilization techniques

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental software systems
