We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to add to our team, support our patients, and help keep our practice running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient relationships, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and thrives in a practice where teamwork and kindness matter. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Perform basic laboratory tasks such as scanning, milling
  • Maintain accurate patient records What We're Looking For Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset Confident, professional communication and phone presence Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols Experience with digital radiography Familiarity with dental software systems, experience with Eaglesoft is a plus Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology Dental Assistant will also be cross-trained on front desk duties: Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming front desk experience Answer phones, schedule dental and hygiene appointments, and manage confirmations Verify insurance benefits and enter plan details accurately Prepare and submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Post EOBs, process patient and insurance payments, and review balances Present treatment estimates using verified insurance information Support recall and reactivation scheduling Maintain organized records and contribute to an efficient, professional office environment Why Join Our Practice Small, privately owned office — not corporate dentistry Supportive team culture with mutual respect and trust Meaningful patient relationships built over time Organized systems and predictable work schedule A practice that values compassion, integrity, and professionalism Here, you are an integral part of a practice where patients feel known, cared for, and welcomed every time they walk through the door.
