Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator/ Dental Assistant

Now Hiring Dental Treatment Coordinator! We are adding a new position to our awesome dental practice. Are you passionate about helping patients feel confident in their care? Come join our team. We need a friendly, organized, and detail- oriented individual to join our team. We are adding one more person to our front office team who will work with two other fantastic team members. One to two years of front office experience needed with familiarity with dental insurance. Our practice is a well- established practice with a large patient pool of people who have been patients for years and are very familiar and happy with our staff. This is an office that truly cares for the welfare of our patients and operates in an honest and friendly environment with a seasoned staff that enjoy each other and work together to serve each other and our patients' needs.

What you will do:

Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and compassion Coordinate scheduling and financial arrangements Verify insurance benefits and coverage Build strong relationships and ensure a positive patient experience Work closely with clinical staff to support seamless care What we are looking for: Excellent communication and customer service skills Dental or medical office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Confidence discussing treatment options and financial options A positive team-oriented attitude Why Join Us? Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
