We take pride in providing gentle, personalized care for patients of all ages in a calm and friendly environment. Our team believes dentistry is about people first, and we are looking for someone who is kind, dependable, detail-oriented, and shares that same care for patients and teamwork. About the Role We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, dependable, and looking for a stable role with room to grow. Prior dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and genuine care for patients. This can be a good fit for someone early in their dental career, newly trained, or looking to transition into the dental field. You will work closely with our clinical and hygiene team to help each day run smoothly, assist with procedures, and make sure patients feel comfortable and cared for. Your Day-to-Day Assist during exams and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and organize treatment rooms Sterilize and set up instruments Take X-rays and follow infection control protocols Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient workspace Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience Support the front office as needed with scheduling, phone calls, and patient flow What We're Looking For Positive, caring, and professional with patients and teammates Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a small team environment Dependable with attendance and communication Willing to learn, take feedback, and help where needed Prior dental or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Dental assisting program or equivalent training is a plus X-ray certification is a plus, or willingness to complete required certification after hire EagleSoft experience preferred, but training can be provided Why Join Us Supportive environment with hands-on training and mentorship Calm, respectful, patient-focused team culture Opportunity to grow with the practice Part-time schedule with potential for additional days as the practice grows Great fit for someone who values communication, teamwork, and quality care
Schedule Required:
Monday, Tuesday, and two Saturdays per month
