F/T DENTAL ASSISTANT / ADMIN (DA/RDA LOOKING TO GROW INTO AN OFFICE ADMIN ROLE)

Scheduling background is preferred. Schedule is M-F 8:15AM-4:45/5PM with 30-45min lunch (possible Saturday AM office hours but Saturdays are usually covered by another staff member). We are a new, growing practice looking for an intelligent, motivated team player to join our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in growing their skillset under the guidance of a kind and knowledgeable mentor. You need to have great people skills, a kind personality, be responsible, and smart to thrive in this role. We hope this person will learn the practice from a hybrid front/back role and then grow with the practice to a managerial position. We will offer $20-25/hr depending on experience, 5 days paid sick leave, 6-7 days PTO accrual, dental benefits, and performance based bonuses. This is a small team with a very flexible work environment. We are most interested in team fit and work ethic and someone who is just as motivated to keep our practice successful. You will have a voice in many of our office decisions and will be a highly valued member of our team.
