The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience during their visits. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, employing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency. Prepare and maintain the treatment room, including sterilization of instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take medical imaging such as X-rays and ensure proper documentation of patient records. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient histories and treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Support pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming environment for young patients and assisting with their specific needs. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and high standards of patient care. Stay updated on dental terminology, procedures, and best practices to provide informed support. Experience Candidates should possess experience in dental assisting or a related field. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, medical imaging, and medical terminology is highly desirable. A strong understanding of dental clinic operations and effective communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
