Our practice combines modern dental technology with biocompatible materials and safety-focused protocols, including mercury-safe removal, ceramic implants, surgical procedures, and wellness-centered dentistry. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Sterilization Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is beginning their dental career and wants to grow in a high-level, surgical, holistic dental environment. No Xray license is required. We are willing to train the right person. Position Overview This position will primarily focus on sterilization, infection control, surgical room turnover, instrument processing, and supporting the clinical team with entry-level dental assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, calm under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment. This role is essential to the flow of the practice and directly supports patient safety, surgical readiness, and overall clinical excellence. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Sterilizing dental instruments according to proper infection control standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sterilization area Preparing surgical and treatment rooms before procedures Turning over rooms efficiently between patients Following strict safety, biological, and infection control protocols Organizing instruments, supplies, materials, and equipment Supporting doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants as needed Helping maintain smooth clinical flow throughout the day Assisting with basic entry-level dental assistant tasks Learning holistic and biological dental systems and protocols Maintaining a calm, professional, and patient-focused presence in the office Growth Opportunity This is a great position for someone who wants to build a long-term career in dentistry.
