What we're looking for: Positive attitude Strong clinical skills Willingness to learn and grow Dependability and professionalism Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies Take and process dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations Assist with impressions, temporaries, and dental materials Perform sterilization and infection control procedures according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Monitor patient comfort and assist with patient education before and after procedures Maintain inventory and ensure operatory readiness Communicate effectively with the dentist and front office to support daily workflow Requirements & Qualifications Dental assisting certification or equivalent experience preferred Current X-ray license required Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures Familiarity with infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently while maintaining patient comfort and safety
