Position Summary :

We're seeking a Back Office Assistant (DA or RDA) who is reliable, upbeat, and loves pediatric dentistry. Whether you're helping with cleanings, assisting chairside, or giving kids high-fives after their appointment—you're a key part of creating a positive dental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pediatric exams and cleanings Take x-rays and assist chairside during treatments Set up and sterilize instruments and rooms Help keep kids calm, happy, and entertained Stock rooms and maintain supply inventory Support the team with overflow patients and daily flow

What We're Looking For :

Active DA or RDA license in CA Experience in pediatrics is a plus (but we can train the right person) Positive, can-do attitude Team player who loves working with kids CPR certified Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus
