We're looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. We offer a relaxed, supportive workplace with a Monday-Thursday schedule , giving you three-day weekends every week. What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Monday-Thursday schedule Paid vacation, sick leave, and PTO Medical benefit stipend Supportive, collaborative team environment Confidential application process What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take dental X-rays Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Maintain accurate patient records and charting Monitor and organize dental supplies and inventory Follow OSHA and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Current Radiation Safety and Infection Control certifications (Required) At least one year of dental assisting experience (Required) Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures A positive attitude and willingness to be a supportive team member If you're looking for a practice where you can build lasting relationships with patients, enjoy a healthy work-life balance and be part of a team that enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you.
