As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to patients. This includes preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, taking x-rays, and ensuring patients are comfortable throughout their visit. You'll be a vital part of creating a welcoming and efficient dental experience. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This role is essential to ensuring an excellent patient experience and supporting clinical efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to high standards of care and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment Take dental x-rays and impressions Record medical and dental histories and vital signs Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines Support daily operations and occasional front desk needsQualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Dental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
