We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a smooth-running clinical team. Responsibilities Chairside Assisting:
Provide seamless, high-quality chairside assistance to the doctor during a wide variety of restorative and surgical procedures.
Patient Comfort:
Welcome patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and ensure a comfortable, anxiety-free experience.
Clinical Preparation:
Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently, ensuring all infection control and OSHA protocols are strictly followed.
Diagnostics & Records:
Take high-quality digital radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral impressions/scans as needed.
Sterilization:
Manage the sterilization of instruments and maintain clinical supply inventory.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the front office, back office and hygiene department to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Certifications:
Valid California X-ray License (Required), Active CPR/BLS certification
Clinical Skills:
Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and four-handed chairside assisting.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuinely warm patient manner.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward keeping the clinical day running smoothly.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (9:00 AM to 6 PM) Friday (9 AM to 4 PM) Wednesday and Weekends closed How to
