Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Duties:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring a seamless workflow. candidate needs experience with surgical surgeries Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment using our advanced sterilization systems. Capture high-quality digital X-rays and 3D scans using the latest imaging technology. Maintain accurate patient records and update charts using our electronic health record ( Open Dental) Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices. Manage patient flow and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and procedures. Collaborate with the team to provide the highest standard of care in a high-tech environment.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or DA Certification CPR certification required. X-ray certification required. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments. Experience assisting with surgical and implant procedures, including sterile setup, chairside support, and instrument handling Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude.
