We are currently seeking a skilled, friendly, and professional RDA to join our growing team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in assisting with procedures, maintaining clinical efficiency, and ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented RDA who is confident in their clinical skills and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures Perform expanded duties permitted under RDA licensure Take dental x-rays and impressions Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment Record medical and dental histories and vital signs Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines Support daily operations and assist the front desk as needed

Qualifications:

Valid California RDA license (Required) CPR certification (Required) X-ray certification Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Language:
