Key Responsibilities Set up operatories and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready for use Assist dentists during procedures while helping maintain patient comfort Take dental X-rays in accordance with California requirements Record treatment information and patient notes accurately Provide clear pre- and post-visit instructions to patients Help support clinic flow and contribute to a smooth daily operation Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant license, current in CA Current California X-Ray certification Current BLS Coronal polishing certification Sealant certification Solid understanding of dental assisting procedures, OSHA, and infection control Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, patient-focused attitude Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a busy clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $32 per hour Platinum medical coverage for employee, spouse, and children with zero-cost premiums for the employee Dental, vision, chiropractic, and life insurance 401(k) after qualifying time and hours Generous paid time off and paid holidays This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant who wants to be part of a mission-driven team serving our community with compassionate, high-quality dental care.
