Schedule varies (Typical range 6:15am

• 6:45pm based on 8

RDA Pay:

DA Pay:

• Assist chairside for restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures
• Place and remove Invisalign attachments accurately and comfortably
• Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos (target retake rate under 5%)
• Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient, organized treatment flow
• Educate patients about recommended care with confidence and compassion
• Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and ready
• Support inventory management and sterilization protocols
• Participate in calibration meetings and ongoing training to refine systems and clinical consistency
• Demonstrate leadership potential by helping teammates grow and maintaining a calm, professional presence Who You Are
• Licensed RDA or Certified DA with current CPR certification
• Dental Assistant seeking to obtain RDA licensure (our practice actively supports and encourages professional growth toward RDA certification).
• Excellent communicator with strong patient connection skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, you don't wait to be told twice
• Confident with technology (Dentrix, iTero, or equivalent)
