- Full-Time | Fletcher Hills Dental Arts | San Diego / El Cajon Fletcher Hills Dental Arts is a well-established, multi-provider private dental practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.
Schedule Full-Time, Monday-Friday Patient Hours:
Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM- 4:30 PM (hygiene starts at 7:00 AM)
Friday:
Administrative day Rotating early start shifts: approximately 6:45 AM- 7:30 AM 8-hour clinical days with occasional overtime based on patient volume and needs Occasional coverage may be required at nearby affiliated offices Pay & Benefits $25
- 30 per hour (DOE) Medical, Dental + In-House Dental Benefits Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Uniforms Provided Team Bonuses Employee Recognition Program Requirements 3-5+ years RDA experience in general dentistry (required) Dentrix experience required Current California RDA license Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment Responsibilities Assist dentists in 4-handed dentistry procedures Full-scope RDA duties per California regulations Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Sterilization and infection control compliance Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Support efficient clinical workflow and scheduling flow Cross-training in front office is a strong plus Ideal Candidate Reliable, consistent, and punctual Team-oriented and low-drama Proactive and able to take initiative Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication with patients and team members Comfortable in a busy, high-volume dental setting Coachable and open to feedback About Our Office We are a stable, long-standing practice with a supportive team culture and experienced providers.
