Registered Dental Assistant

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Maintain accurate patient records and charting Set up and break down operatories Follow all infection control and safety protocols Assist with ordering and maintaining clinical supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Active RDA license in the state of California X-ray certification required Minimum [1-2] years of dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Preferred Skills:

Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) Coronal polishing and sealant certification (if applicable) Bilingual is a plus
