We're currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team and help us elevate the clinical side of our practice. Why Join Us? Great Work Life Balance Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety. Perform chairside assisting tasks, including preparing instruments and materials for procedures. Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft for patient management and scheduling. Conduct vital signs checks and assist in medical imaging as needed. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical setting. Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment plans. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations, including managing supplies and equipment.

Qualifications :

Valid RDA license (Required) ✅ 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience ✅ Leadership qualities — dependable, assertive, organized ✅ Strong communication skills and team-first mindset ✅ Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix is a plus!) ✅ Interest in airway/sleep dentistry is a bonus!
