If you're adaptable, organized, and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to meet you! As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our doctors, ensuring efficient patient flow, and helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control protocols Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans as needed Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Help maintain an efficient schedule while providing excellent patient care Communicate effectively with both the clinical and administrative teams Assist with same-day treatment and schedule adjustments as needed What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills with both patients and coworkers Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to same-day schedule changes and changing priorities Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Open to working part-time, with flexibility to help when needed RDA or DA experience preferred (depending on state requirements) Why Join Our Team?
