The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling dental appointments, setting up and assisting doctors, explaining dental treatment plans, and providing dental patients with a comfortable environment while they wait. This position requires a person who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has strong phone etiquette, enjoys interpersonal relationships and is capable of building rapport with customers and co-workers.
