$20.00 - $24.00per hour (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in all duties permitted under the Dental Board of California. Key Responsibilities The Registered Dental Assistant will perform all duties allowed by the Dental Board of California, including but not limited to: Chairside assisting during dental procedures Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays) Performing coronal polishing Applying topical fluoride treatments Placing and removing rubber dams Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges Taking impressions for diagnostic models and appliances Removing sutures (if authorized) Assisting with infection control and sterilization procedures Preparing and maintaining operatories and dental instruments Providing patient education and post-operative instructions Recording treatment notes and updating patient charts Monitoring patient comfort and assisting with anesthesia procedures Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California Current CPR/BLS certification X-ray certification (required) Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior dental assisting experience preferred Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday (Some weekends may be required) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Full-time schedule
