We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented orthodontic dental assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We welcome applicants of all experience levels, including Dental Assistants (DA), Registered Dental Assistants (RDA), and Orthodontic Assistants (OA). Orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in patient care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and families in a supportive, team-oriented environment and takes pride in providing a high level of service and care. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures and patient visits Orthodontic chairside procedures Prepare and maintain treatment areas and instruments Take orthodontic records, photographs, and impressions/scans as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation Perform sterilization and infection control procedures Support efficient patient flow and overall clinic operations Qualifications DA, RDA, or Orthodontic Assistant certification/license welcome Orthodontic experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Computer proficiency and professional office etiquette preferred Compensation $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience What We Offer Positive and supportive team environment Consistent part-time schedule (1-2 days per week) Opportunity to learn and grow in orthodontics Quality-focused, patient-centered practice Competitive compensation based on experience Application Process Please submit your resume through Indeed.
