Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant (RDA/OA) for Orthodontic Office

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and personable Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant (RDA/OA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Active RDA license and/or Orthodontic Assistant permit/certification Orthodontic experience highly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Familiarity with digital orthodontic workflows is a plus

Schedule:

The position is three clinical days a week (8:15 am-5:15 pm, every Tuesday and Wednesday, typically alternating Thursday/Fridays), plus one half Saturday per month.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay dependent upon training and experience. PTO and 401k Profit Sharing after first year of employment
