Job Description

Join Our Friendly Private Practice Dental Team! We are a small, established general dental office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a kind, compassionate, reliable, and friendly Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office prides itself on providing outstanding patient care while maintaining a fun, positive, and supportive workplace. We value teamwork, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with our patients. Position Details Full-Time Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00PM Lunch 11:30-12:00PM No evenings or weekends Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures Fabricate temporary crowns in a timely manner Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take intraoral scans for whitening trays, nightguards, retainers, etc. Perform in-office teeth whitening procedures Take dental radiographs Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Light office cleaning and equipment maintenance Assist the front office with checking in/out patients and answering phones when needed Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications RDA certification w/ 2+ years of experience Experience with iTero scanner Knowledge of Curve Dental software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented with a genuine passion for patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Health Insurance Retirement Plan Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
