iDental Family Dentistry - Kerman , California We are hiring a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing Madera office. Our practice is modern, supportive, and fast-paced, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Prepare and set up operatories for each patient Take X-rays (if licensed) and follow sterilization protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back office Support patient flow, room turnover, and charting Help with additional clinical tasks as needed Requirements Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray license preferred but not required Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment Strong communication and patient-care skills Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience and licensing) Full-time or part-time schedule Opportunity for growth Supportive team environment
