Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, service-oriented, and possess a passion for providing top-notch patient care. The right candidate will have a strong background in surgical and orthodontic procedures. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting Proficiency in Cerec technology and experience with CAD/CAM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
