by trying new things A Day in the Life As a Dental Assistant at Digital Smiles, a typical day might include the following: Arriving at 8:00 to huddle with your team to celebrate yesterday's wins, address the opportunities, and prepare for today's patients. You walked in prepared and ready! Welcoming a new patient and then helping them to discover what's inside their mouth after taking a CT, Bite Wings and Digital Pictures. An emergency walks in and you help the doctor get down to the cause of the problem. Helping the hygienist gathering records and probings for a recall hygiene patient. Starting an Aligner Ortho case by scanning the mouth and sending to our in-house orthodontist. Gathering records for a complex case on the CT and Scans with our Oral Surgeon and Smile Lab. Get ready for a once a week meeting with our Regional Manager to discuss your individual Key Performance Indicators and how you can be better yourself. We measure patient satisfaction scores specific to every provider, and we will be asking patients if they trust you and if they want to return after meeting you. Summary:

To land this gig, we really need you to have experience with (or the desire to learn) taking CT's, PA's, BWX's and Digital Photos. Experience in assisting chair side is a big plus. Working with our Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon when needed.
