Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Assistant or RDA to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front and back office. Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30-4:30 PM and one Saturday a month from 8-12 PM. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in a dental office. Must possess x-ray license and have taken a course in infection control.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Manage patient records and update information in the system
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with billing and payment collection
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least one year of experience in a dental office setting
  • Knowledge of general dentistry procedures
  • Have taken an infection control course
  • Be willing to take a course in coronal polishing
  • Proficiency in HIPAA regulations
  • Possess a dental x-ray license
