We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a positive and supportive environment.

Position Details Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM•1:30

PM Compensation:

$26•28 per hour

401(k) Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Benefits Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and bridges Take and process dental X-rays Anticipate doctor needs during procedures and prepare accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories Deliver exceptional patient care and education Support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Work collaboratively with the dental team to create a positive patient experience Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Ability to make excellent temporary crowns and bridges Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with a no-drama, team-player mentality Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish Experience with Open Dental software Interview Process Resume Review Phone Interview In-Person Meet & Greet Temp Day If you are a dependable and skilled RDA looking to join a welcoming practice where your contributions are valued, we would love to hear from you!
