Role:

You'll work closely with the orthodontist to deliver high-quality care while helping create a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with bracket placement, banding, and adjustments Take impressions and assist with appliance placement Place/remove separators and assist with debonding Identify loose brackets/bands and communicate effectively with the doctor Take diagnostic X-rays and maintain accurate charting Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards

Strong orthodontic assisting experience (preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume office Confident in patient communication and education Detail-oriented with excellent clinical skills
