Dental Assistant/Sterilization Entry Level

Private general practice dental office is looking for a part-time Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician to join our team and help keep our clinical area organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with dental office or sterilization experience, or a recent dental assisting school graduate looking to gain hands on clinical experience. This position is also a great opportunity for someone interested in growing into a Dental Assistant role in the future while gaining valuable clinical experience. Responsibilities = Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments = Prepare and organize instrument trays for procedures = Stock operatories and maintain clinical supplies = Assist clinical team with room turnover between patients = Help keep the back office clean and organized = Take digital xrays = Chairside assisting with dentist = Assist front office w/ filing, mailing, calling patients Requirements = Must have Xray license = New graduates welcome. Will train! = Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control is a plus = Strong attention to detail and organization = Ability to work in a fast paced environment Please reply with your resume to be considered.
