Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, with expertise in chairside procedures, infection control, and patient care. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support dentists in delivering exceptional dental treatments while ensuring smooth clinic operations and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Lab case management - digital scanning and scan uploads Implant surgery and case management experience preferred Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic techniques are strictly followed. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray) and operate 3D scanners for accurate imaging. Manage patient records using Dentrix, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform vital signs assessment and clinical documentation to support comprehensive patient care. Maintain infection control protocols and ensure all dental equipment is properly sterilized and maintained. Support administrative tasks such as dental receptionist duties, appointment scheduling, and patient education to enhance the patient experience. Experience Proven experience as a RDA within a busy dental clinic environment. Familiarity with Dentrix. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining patient confidentiality. Hands-on experience with chairside assisting in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics procedures. Ability to operate dental imaging equipment such as X-ray machines and 3D scanners effectively. Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, infection control standards, and aseptic techniques. Prior experience supporting dental teams with four-handed dentistry techniques and managing medical documentation. Pay:

$24.00 - $32.84 per hour
